    • We offer standard residential cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, apartment and condo cleaning, and optional add-on services.
  • What’s the difference between standard and deep cleaning?
    • Standard cleaning is intended for homes in need of a good touch-up, while deep cleaning focuses on built-up areas and details that aren’t addressed during regular visits.
  • When should I select move-in / move-out cleaning?
    • Move-in/move-out cleaning is designed for empty homes and includes additional attention to kitchens, bathrooms, appliances, cabinets, and fixtures. Cleaners will take extra care to ensure the home is spotless.

  • Do you offer one-time cleanings?
    • Yes. One-time cleanings are available in addition to recurring service options.

  • Can I customize my cleaning service?
    • Yes. Add-ons and custom requests can be selected to address specific areas or needs.
  • How do I book a cleaning service?
    • Services can be booked easily online through our booking page.
  • Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
    • No. As long as we have access to the home, you do not need to be present during service.
  • What time will you arrive?
    • Arrival times are provided as scheduled windows rather than exact times.
  • Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?
    • Yes. Appointments can be rescheduled or canceled according to our cancellation policy.
  • How is pricing determined?
    • Pricing is based on home size, condition, and the type of service selected. Final pricing is confirmed before service begins.

  • Do you offer package pricing?
    • No. Services are priced individually to reflect the specific needs of each home.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    • Accepted payment methods are shown during the booking process.
  • Are discounts available?
    • Recurring service discounts may be available depending on scheduling frequency, we also offer discount codes.
  • How should I prepare my home before cleaning?
    • Clearing surfaces and floors of personal items allows the cleaning to focus on the space itself.
  • Do I need to provide cleaning supplies or equipment?
    • No. All necessary cleaning supplies and equipment are provided unless otherwise noted.
  • What about pets?
    • Pets should be secured or noted in advance so we can plan accordingly.
  • What if there are areas I don’t want cleaned?
    • Any areas to be excluded can be noted during booking or before service begins.
  • What happens if my home requires more time than expected?
    • If additional time or service is needed, this will be discussed before proceeding.

  • Do you clean heavily cluttered or hoarded spaces?
    • Homes must be reasonably accessible for service. Heavily cluttered spaces may require special arrangements.
